We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Kennedy as Chief of Operations for Florida Citizens Alliance.
In this role, Ryan will oversee organizational operations, internal systems, and strategic execution — helping ensure our mission continues to be carried out with excellence, efficiency, and integrity.
Ryan Kennedy is a seasoned public policy professional with over seven years of experience shaping legislation, crafting impactful policy, and driving strategic advocacy efforts across Florida. He brings deep expertise in policy writing, legislative strategy, and grassroots coalition building — skills he has honed through years of engagement with lawmakers, stakeholders, and advocacy partners.
In his three years as Director of Policy and Advocacy at Florida Citizens Alliance, Ryan led efforts to advance meaningful reforms in education, technology policy, family-focused, pro-life initiatives, and child protections — working on some of the most consequential policy initiatives in the state. He has testified before legislative committees, mobilized coalition support for key bills, and authored influential advocacy campaigns that have shaped public debate and legislative outcomes.
As our organization continues to grow, this leadership role is a critical step in strengthening our capacity to serve, advocate, and advance meaningful change for the protection of children and parental rights in Florida.
