Two recent court rulings have reinforced parental rights and protections for children in our state.
The first ruling, by the United States 11th Circuit Court Of Appeals, was granting an injunction against the updated title IX rule.
The second ruling was a 2-1 ruling, which was issued by the United States 11th Circuit Court Of Appeals, which allowed the bill that banned transgender surgeries and treatments for minors to take effect.
Both of these rulings reinforce the position that Florida Citizens Alliance has taken on these crucial issues throughout the past few years. We believe that children should be protected from these dangerous situations both in and outside of school.
