Don’t let the federal government tell you how your child should interact with AI.
Recently, Florida parents achieved a victory with the final version of “The Big Beautiful Bill,” which did not include the proposed 10-year ban on new AI regulations or laws at the state level.
However, the same powers that wanted the 10-year ban on new AI regulations or laws at the state level are now trying to add it into the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
If this provision is added in, it will be a direct violation of your ability to have a say in your children’s interaction with AI in their education.
Please contact Senator Moody, Senator Scott, and your Congressman, and tell them to not include any ban on new AI regulations or laws at the state level.
