by | Jun 21, 2024

Over the past few months, Florida has had a series of legal news stories when it relates to recently passed education laws. This has included a settlement on the parents rights in education law, an OCR complaint filed against Collier County for removing explicit books, and a newly filed lawsuit against HB 1069.
