Victory for Children Achieved with the Passing of the Big Beautiful Bill

by | Jul 8, 2025

This past Thursday, Congress passed the Federal Reconciliation Bill, also known as “The Big Beautiful Bill.” This final version of the bill removed the proposed 10-year ban on new AI regulations or laws at the state level. The proposed 10-year ban on AI regulation would have been a violation of parental ability to have a say in their children’s educational interactions with AI.

The bill also bans Planned Parenthood from receiving any money from federal Medicaid funding for one year. It also increases the Child Tax Credit. Both of these are a major victory for building a culture of life.
